Just before the lockdown we were asked to collect and deliver as many new cars as we could in a seven day period. We had all our transporters on the case, the job involved transporting all the same manufacturer and three different models. We had to generate proof of delivery documentation complete with collection and delivery addresses and photo evidence but didn’t have long to do so.
One call to our All On Mobile Account Manager and that same day we had a form to handle the requirement! The system was fully automated, contained mainly drop downs for ease of use and automatically emailed the proof of deliveries to the client before we had even left the premises.”
