Company statement

All On Mobile’s solutions help councils provide essential services to their residents across the country and we aim to continue to operate as usual during these challenging times.

Whilst there are very limited COVID-19 cases and self-isolations amongst our staff and their families, the spread of the virus is inevitable, and we have initiated a comprehensive plan to protect our customers, suppliers, partners and employees.

In order to de-risk our own service delivery, we are following the advice of the UK Government and enacted several measures in line with our own business continuity plan. This includes adhering to the guidelines on self-isolation and also adhering to travel advice:

  • Our staff have now all moved to a Work from Home policy
  • All face to face meetings are cancelled and being replaced by telephone or video conference meetings.
  • We continue to conduct critical person analysis to identify and mitigated against any individual member of staff that are a key dependency in the successful operation of the business or delivery of contracted services

The management team continues to monitor UK Government advice, statements made by our customers and suppliers, and also our staff availability as the virus continues to spread. At this stage, we have high confidence in our ability to continue to operate as a business and to deliver the essential services on which our customers rely.
